Foreman & Keemle, publishers. Moved from St. Charles to St. Louis in 1825. Keemle left in February of 1826, leaving S.W. Foreman in charge. When he ran into problems in December, Foreman announced he was changing the name of the paper to the St. Louis Enquirer, but he was not successful in rescusitating the name.
