St. Louis Miller

1878-1883.

In December, 1878, Thomas & Stone, by request of several of the leading millers and mill-furnishing houses of St. Louis, began publishing the St. Louis Miller. The paper was successful from the first number. The proprietors are both young men. Mr. Thomas is a native of St. Louis; Mr. Stone was born near Cleveland, Ohio…The St. Louis Miller is alone in its field, its nearest competitor being at Chicago.
