The Repudiator advocated the “repudiation of the whole fraud falsely called a debt, except that part represented by greenbacks, which the people took in good faith.” The first number was issued in February, 1868, and the last number in the following April or May, (a life of a couple months). It was a weekly. Burrell B. Taylor, Samuel Hager and John Bourne were its publishers.
